These videos are promoted by the girl as something other than what they truly are.

Her previews on the pay site are entirely misleading and give a buyer a false impression. People have a right to not be purposefully misled in their purchases as is well established in contract law. I contend that this girl engages in purposeful misrepresentation of what she has for sale in order to lure buyers in who have little to no means of recourse to get their money back. 

After all it's pretty easy to take someone for $15-50 and never worry about it - that's less than a billable hour for a decent law firm.

I will not be purchasing any further videos from this girl. I would encourage others to equally refuse to purchase her videos. That's the only way the message will be clear.
